User Identifiers: Your unique Platform ID (Telegram/Discord ID), Username, and Display Name used to link your verification status.

Security Logs: Timestamps of interactions, connection quality analysis (VPN/Proxy detection), and history of successful or failed verification attempts.
Group Metadata: For server administrators, we store basic group information (Group ID, Name) to manage bot settings and roles.
Cookies: We use essential cookies to maintain your session during the web-based verification process.
Additionally, we utilize Google reCAPTCHA to protect our platform from automated abuse. Data processed by reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
3. Children's Privacy
Our services are not intended by individuals under the age of 16 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately for deletion.

We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal data to third parties except as required by law or with services like Google reCAPTCHA (subject to their policy).
5. Your Rights & Global Compliance
Regardless of your location, we respect your privacy rights under regulations like GDPR and CCPA. You have the right to:
Access & Portability: Request a copy of the data we hold about you in a machine-readable format.
Erasure: Request deletion of your identifiable data. This will revoke your "Verified" status as the record is essential for anti-abuse.
Correction: Update your account information. (Note: Historical technical security data, such as IP patterns, cannot be manually edited to preserve the integrity of our abuse prevention system.).
Object to Processing: Stop further processing by leaving servers utilizing the bot and ceasing use of our services.

6. Data Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary to protect the communities we serve:
Verification Data (IPs & Logs): Retained for up to 12 months to detect long-term abuse patterns.
Note: After 90 days, full IP addresses are automatically truncated to their network range to protect your precise identity while maintaining anti-abuse integrity.
Account Information: Retained while your account is active, and removed within 30 days of a deletion request.
Analytical Logs: Usage metadata is typically anonymized or deleted within 12 months.
Data may be kept longer if required by law or to resolve ongoing security disputes.
7. Policy Updates
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements. Continued use of the bot signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
